• Resident Engineer for the Kampala Water – Lake Victoria WATSAN Project, supervising a 41 km water transmission main and booster station construction.
• Assistant Resident Engineer for the Ngora, Nyero, and Kumi Water Supply Systems, funded by the World Bank, overseeing water treatment plant construction, pipeline installations, and reservoir construction.
• Project Manager for the Kigali Free Trade Zone Sewerage Network and Sewage Treatment Plant, coordinating design updates and construction activities.
Eng. Jacob Mukobe is a seasoned civil engineer with over 21 years of experience in water and urban infrastructure, specializing in the design, construction, and supervision of large-scale water supply and sanitation projects. As the Director of Engineering at Coronado Heritage Ltd., he brings unparalleled expertise to the company, ensuring the successful execution of infrastructure projects that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Eng. Mukobe holds a Master of Science in Construction Technology and Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Building and Civil Engineering, both from Kyambogo University. He is a Registered Engineer with the Uganda Engineers Registration Board (RE-1040) and a Corporate Member of the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (PE-1157).
Eng. Mukobe’s strong background in feasibility studies, environmental and social impact assessments (ESIA), resettlement action plans (RAP), community mobilization, and construction supervision equips him with a comprehensive understanding of infrastructure projects. He is well-versed in various procurement procedures (FIDIC/PRAG/EBRD), making him adept at managing complex engineering assignments with precision and dedication.

The NSSF Solana Estate in Lubowa stands as a pioneering development in Uganda’s real estate sector. Spread across 600 acres in Wakiso District, this massive project is designed as a self-sustaining satellite city, incorporating 2,741 housing units—ranging from apartments and townhouses to bungalows and villas—alongside amenities like shopping centers, hospitals, schools, hotels, and office spaces. With an estimated cost of $400 million over a 10-year period, the project represents a significant investment in Uganda’s future.
Coronado Heritage Ltd played an instrumental role in the first phase of this transformative project as a subcontractor under Cementers Construction Company. Our team supported Cementers by providing specialized site preparation, infrastructure development, and quality assurance services. This phase, completed at a cost of $72 million and commissioned by President Yoweri Museveni, laid the groundwork for future phases of the estate.
